JOB DESCRIPTION :
Description: Position Summary: Under general supervision, assists in the coordination of the human relations function for the manufacturing facility. The purpose of this position is to provide onsite Human Relations support and services that facilitate greater plant effectiveness. Key Job Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting processes. Conduct new associate orientation sessions and coordinating/delivering other training sessions. Assist on projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Behavioral Competencies: Ability to maintain confidentiality. Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Education and Work History: An Associate degree in Human Relations or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Relations within a manufacturing or sales environment preferred. Prior experience in a union environment preferred (if applicable). Proficient computer skills with a variety of software programs is required. The supplier or non-employee is responsible for supplying non-disposable PPE.
