Description: Duration: Minimum 3 months, could be extended to 6 months based on performance and business needs.
You Bring:
•Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to work with HR/Staffing agencies, Hiring Managers, and candidates
•Strong phone presence and comfort working with various levels of Senior Leaders
•Savviness with social media to reach out to networks and potential candidates
•Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; OR at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to Talent Marketing
Responsibilities
•Identify and connect with local/regional Staffing Agencies & schools to introduce them to Client
•Maintain job posting boards with openings to increase awareness of opportunities for site employees
•Direct candidates to various methods of applying to open roles (Social Media, Client Website, etc.)
•Maintain active & professional presence on social media, including joining local social network communities as needed
