Qualifications:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • Ability to exercise judgment within generally defined guidelines and instructions • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent written/verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels within the organization • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines and be able to work under pressure • Strong PC skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) • Proficient with numbers • Strong data verification, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and work in a team environment • Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and/or external customers REQUIRED

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High School Diploma or appropriate equivalent years of experience required • Associate degree in General Business or Business-Related field preferred • Experience in Human Resources administration preferred
Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY The HR Services Administrator role in Shared Services will provide administrative support for transactional tasks as they relate to the International and Payroll areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Working within the HR Services Case Management system to manage verifications of employment. • Provide phone support within the HR Services phone • Support Senior Tax Lead with processing tax notices. This includes scanning, storing and upload to ADP’s Smart Compliance tax dashboard. • Manage Fed/State unemployment tax refunds. This includes working in ADP’s Smart Compliance by validating correctness, coding checks, making copies and mail to Corporate Bank. • Update unemployment rates within ADP’s Smart Compliance system • Review outstanding tax notices that have not been resolved within the ADP Smart compliance system • Reorganize Tax folders • Collect all mail in person and distribute on a weekly basis. Process incoming tax checks in a timely manner and send to the appropriate party. Photocopy and scan any IRS notices to the EY portal. • Month-end: Prepare ANYBILL payment sheet for NA and FS- compile around the 28th of each month to send over to our internal teams for posting only. (FF is done as XFlow entry only) • Monthly & Quarterly: Prepare AG Invoice Miscellaneous Billing Sheet for AP and send over via email • Code all incoming invoices via SAP/IFT (MINUS SIRVA) for all expats including OFK’s, making certain there are no other departments that get sent our way in error. • Onboarding: Engage in our internal HR System for tracking, set up initial meeting, send out required HR docs, car eligibility form, and order laptop via PRIMA at least 3 months out & run a re-check about 3 weeks prior to start date to ensure all are ready. • Schedule arrival meetings to go over all pending topics, collect remaining payroll documentation, 3-4 weeks later set up 1st paycheck overview meeting.
