The Opportunity: client is seeking HR Web Content Migration Coordinator to support the HR Employee Experience and Communications Team with website content migration. We need an organized and detail-oriented individual to drive a mass file migration project (roughly 5,000 files/html pages)from multiple platform sources (PeopleSoft and SharePoint) to a new central platform. This role will be responsible for planning and executing the migration, which includes coordinating with various global HR partners to determine the best migration strategy for their local sites. Most of this role will be dedicated towards manually downloading and importing files and ensuring accurate file transfer migration is completed in a timely manner. Training on file migration will be provided.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to:
·Take the lead on planning and executing the website content migration
·Work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks once direction has been given
·Navigate through the backend database system of various website platforms to pull, upload, and organize files
·Acts as a confident project liaison for the HR Employee Experience and Communications Team
·Correspond with various global HR partners to determine their file transfer needs
·Clearly communicate and respond to partner inquiries and requests regarding the assignment as needed
·Keep the HR Employee Experience and Communications Team apprised of new developments in the file transfer migration process
·Perform other duties as needed to support the website content migration assignment Qualifications:
·Experience with website content management
·User-mapping file for data migration or migration tool experience preferred but not required
·Proficiency in Microsoft applications; MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
·Attention to detail
·Great communications and interpersonal skills
·Strong organizational skills and proven ability to take initiative
·Experience working under tight deadlines
·Able to work on many assignments concurrently
