-Responsible for overseeing 30+ people producing high end finishes of all ranges, knowledgeable of all finish applications and chemical types.
-Motivates, trains and supervises employees ensuring employee coaching and development
-Experience should be from 5 to 10 years of Custom Architectural Woodwork Finishing.
-Intimate knowledge with UV and flat line is a HUGE Plus!
