Responsibilities

- Contribute to the organization's optimization
- Market research, presentation skills, and customer service
- Specific oversight of the operational activities of the sales team
- Gathers consumer personal information -> internal departments
- Setting goals and making plans for your own area of responsibility
- Calculation, quotation, and contract creation; new customer acquisition
- Coordination of market strategies, production management, and sales concepts with the President
- Collaboration and development of customer solutions that result in a project plan for equipment scope and project deliverables

- Minimum of 5 years in sales in or to the woodworking industry with responsibility for industrial customers
- Excellent communication skills, awareness of responsibilities, and creativity
- Have a clean driving record, a passport or are willing to obtain one
- Computer literacy: PC, Windows 10, MS Office, especially Excel
- Strike a balance between short- and long-term thinking
- Leadership experience: would be welcome
- Willingness to travel by car and plane
