Help Desk Analyst I-
Description-:
  • Provide password reset assistance
  • Monitor all outage forms received and work with Real-Time team when issues arise
  • Monitor all TEAM chat requests with operational leaders and comply to requests
  • Complete skill change requests and other phone inquiries from our associates at all locations
  • Job Qualifications:
    • Must have served a minimum of six months in current role and not on a corrective action plan or review
    • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Word, Access and Excel proficiency
    • Exceptional time-management and organization skills
    • Avaya CMS experience preferred, but not required
