Description:
Service delivery/implementation exp at a circuit level (circuit ordering exp.
) Understanding of onnet and offnet process, basic voice implementation exp.
Need exp in MS products like excel, sharepoint and 3 years in telecom background is required 6.
What non-technical Skills are necessary (such as communication, problem solving, team player, i.
e.
)? Solutions driven, critical problem solving skills, ability to escalate appropriately, detail oriented 7.
Ideal Candidate background and how many years required? Telecom background of at least 3 years.
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in an order management area
Ability to coach Project Coordinators as Subject Matter Expert in one or more product order processes
Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers.

Subject Matter expertise in Order Administration/Validation activities; Upfront Order Details packaging and collection to include hold/reject order resolution during preorder keying.

Manage standard order workflows across single delivery stream
Manage orders across standard product/delivery solutions
Reaches out to Project Manager and other employees with issues or delays to avoid "surprises"
Assist project team with the order implementation of contracted services
Provide timely and meaningful communication throughout the order life cycle to Project Manager and team
Verify, coordinate, track and drive the overall delivery of orders to ensure expectations and Service Delivery commitments are met
Ownership of Order Escalation management as risks or issues arise that may affect delivery to committed timelines.
Communication of Order Escalation to Project Manager for inclusion in overall Project Risk management.

Participate in order submission meetings as necessary and propose improvements as Subject Matter Expert if warranted
Evaluate potential problems with orders and technical hitches as Subject Matter Expert in regard to those orders and recommend solutions
Plan and manage orders, implementation schedules and new information
Supervise current orders and coordinate internal service delivery team members to keep order workflow on track
Manage order-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly managed and posted for additional internal stakeholders such as Project and Program.
