Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department in a union manufacturing plant. Duties may include supporting the recruitment and hiring process for hourly production positions; conducting new hire onboarding; retention efforts; liaison with staffing suppliers; maintaining personnel records; employee and/or labor relations; directing HR related inquiries to appropriate resources; other duties as assigned. May support multiple facilities.
