  Required Technical Qualifications and Experience: • 4-5 years of recent experience in Java , preferably to build library code for SWIFT integration. Python coding experience would an added plus. • 1-2 years of recent experience in processing Corp Actions ,specifically transmitting and receiving SWIFT messages MT564,MT565, MT566, MT567, MT568. Candidate should have functional knowledge of corp Actions such as Tendor, name change, Return of Capital , Rights , Takeover etc. and processing differences between voluntary actions and mandatory actions. • 1-2 years of experience in processing Securities Settlement SWIFT Net messages via MT535-548, MT581, MT586 , specifically processing statements and exchanging Receive/Deliver Free and DVP messages with custodians. • Expert level knowledge in SWIFT Net message format standards such as Fin / FileAct ( MTxxx messages ) , experience in Interact (MX messages ) would be an added plus. • Candidate should be familiar with at least few SWIFT Net technology components such as AutoClient, DirectLink, Swift Integration layer, Alliance Cloud   Soft Skills: • Degree: Bachelor's degree required • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Financial services • Client Service: Proven ability to build global relationships and communicate complex issues to a wide array of stakeholders with differing levels of product experience. • Communication: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage professionally and persuasively with stakeholders and senior figures within the firm. • Leadership Capabilities: Ability to think critically and apply thought leadership. • Accountability: Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of projects with the aptitude to manage stakeholders' expectations and follow-through with professionalism. • Team Player: Thrives in a teamwork-oriented environment and works well under pressure. • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail. • Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required and the ability to work with web-based applications.
