Job Description:

Provide Human Resources administrative support to the the client and contingent workforce.
• Typing correspondence and other documents (written and possibly dictated) on Microsoft Windows 97. Creating documents of a highly confidential and important nature. Developing forms and reports.
• Directing contingent worker concerns to the appropriate departments
• Investigate employee relation concerns
• Validating reporting data
• Partner with contingent labor agencies
• Email management
• Issue resolution
• Providing general administrative support •
• Point of contact for client
• Working on special projects as assigned

Required Skills:

• Proficiency of all Office 97 products: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.
• Excellent customer service, organization, eye for detail and the ability to work independently are required.
• Must be multi-task oriented and be able to work with teams as well as on projects.
• Successful completion of Word, Excel,
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work off shift hours

Required Education:

Minimum high school diploma.

Required Years of Experience:

-1-3 years of Human Resources, Administrative Assistant experience

Desired Skills:

Preferably previous experience supporting a large marketing or consulting environment
