Job Title: IIB/APIC Production Support

Location: Hartford, CT

Job Description:

  • Should be having hands on experience in IIB and APIC.
  • Provide offshore/onsite 24*7 support model for various Applications spanning across EI and Digital
  • Co-ordination with various teams to help resolve and fix production Issues
  • Should possess excellent skills in various IIB patterns such as Aggregations, PUB/SUB, Dynamic routing and Asynchronous and synchronous mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience in API management through APIC is expected.
  • Proactive analysis on issues, conveying the same to other vendors and helping to resolve issues at earliest.
  • Provide Maintenance/Break fix support for Performance enhancement/Code fix in case of Production defects.
  • Both Batch and Real time transactions to be supported- reassign to appropriate teams for Incident analysis and resolution.
  • Very good knowledge in Healthcare domain and Excellent analytical skill
  • Initiate and drive IRT calls for Technical failures/system down and bring it to closure quickly.
  • SLA Adherence for various Incident Categories and tracking the same in Service Now
  • Weekend on call support need to provide and if any critical issue need to support weekends during Onshore timings.
  • Should be having experience in using splunk effectively.

Good to Have:

  • Resource should focus on production support cum enhancements using IIB, WTX and APIC for all the interfaces and require an adequate knowledge on ESQL and Java.
  • Generation of issue Reports when needed to provide statistics to the concerned.
  • Scripting knowledge would be an added advantage.
