IT Analyst Apply
5+ years of Experience with software licensing in SaaS company
Strong familiarity in Smart Account, Licensing, Cisco Commerce Workspace, Enterprise Agreement Workspace is a plus
Strong familiarity in Cisco Product/Offer knowledge in Enterprise Networking, Security and Collaboration
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skill
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple technical teams
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proven ability to drive issues towards resolution in a timely-manner
Demonstrated customer service experience and/or strong interpersonal skills
Scope of work:
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive tasks and issues to completion
Analyze system issues and provide optimal solutions
Review, prioritize, and track the progress of issues that impact relevance, quality, and functionality
Help with the testing of large-scale projects.
Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement technical/systems enhancement opportunities.
Communicates initiative status and feedback to managers, key stakeholders, and senior management
Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to: identify and determine solutions and/or workarounds for functional/System issues in Cisco Software Licensing
Track and manage customer reported issues via our case management system adhering to best practices
Drive system and process improvement opportunities to prioritize efforts across the Support, Operations, and Development organizations
