Currently we are hiring for below mentioned position that our client has.
IT Project Manager III-
Description-:
  • 10+ years of previous Project and process management and/or relevant consulting experience
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management processes and methodologies, as well as, program and project lifecycle
  • Experience driving large scale change efforts in an Agile product development environment
  • Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
  • Experience with Project Management and ALM tools in support of an agile development environment
  • Bachelor degree in business, technical or equivalent work experience
  • Possesses the following key skills/behaviors:

    1.Stakeholder Partnership:
    • Solid influencing and stakeholder management skills, ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders/customers across Card Services to maximize program effectiveness and influence
    • Poised and composed interaction with all levels of the organization (and across Division), including senior-level audience

    2.Judgment:
    • Ability to practically apply project management concepts to facilitate the achievement of business objectives ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery within an agile environment
    • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations and with various individuals

    3.Team Leadership:
    • Ability to provide project leadership within a high performing matrixed team expected to consistently deliver on time with a high degree of quality
    • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, execute with limited information and ambiguity.

    4.Accountability & Commitment:
    • Ability to formulate and gain alignment on end state vision and roadmap for program portfolios
    • Ability to achieve business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

    5.Business Acumen:
    • Ability to provide a holistic view of a solution by coordinating with and monitoring all impacted business processes from initiation to delivery
    • Ability to understand and take action when changes in programs impact other business priorities

    6.Risk Mitigation/Problem Solving:
    • Ability to uncover and take action on issues and risks
    • Capable of communicating complex issues, risks and mitigation plans to address them to all impacted stakeholders

    7.Agile Process Governance:
    • Ensure adherence to established agile product development life cycle processes and continued improvement through retrospectives in addition to product line strategies
    • Ensure project work is executed reliably to meet roadmap commitments for strategic initiatives critical to driving the program, as well as, quick hits

    Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required
    • Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired
