Job Description: The Ohio Department of Administrative Services Office of Information Technology ("OIT" or "State") is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Infrastructure Architect for the Ohio Benefits Program Maintenance and Operations Team. Key Responsibilities: Analyzes and provides suggestions for infrastructure architecture and application issues for the Technical Architecture Team. Analyzes and provides suggestions for Self-Service Reporting, OB release interfaces, and OB ABMS performance optimization. Works with Network and infrastructure team for the installation of wireless routers and static IP setup for printers. Maintenance of OB instance of DUO VPN. Participates in and responds to Annual State and Federal Audits. Resolution of interfaces issues arising from releases/patches. Manages file transfers to support environments such as testing. Review and provide input regarding vendor technical design document deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience with Oracle Engineered systems (EXA DATA/EXA LOGIC). Minimum of 5 years' experience with the Architecture of an Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment System created with rules and policies for SNAP, TANF and Medicaid Programs. Minimum of 5 years' experience working with API's, Informatica Batch jobs and application performance optimization. Demonstrates knowledge of Ohio Medicaid eligibility policies and audit requirements. Minimum of 5 years' experience working with complex infrastructure (hardware and networks). Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of complex multi-tier infrastructure, BI, Reports and Java based application architecture.
