PayRate: $17.00/HR

CorTech is looking to hire a Inspection Scheduler in Miramar, FL.

Description:

Inspection Scheduler: Works with the inspection manager and field inspectors to schedule fire alarm inspections for the Miramar, FL. The scheduler must review the work orders for each month, organize and schedule according to the prioritization guidelines. Upon completion of the work orders the schedule must review each work order for closure. This review includes making sure all the paperwork is accurate, signed by the customer and placed in a status to be closed. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proficient in Outlook for emails, following proper email etiquette, and able to use all calendar functions. Intermediate Excel and Word skills set is necessary. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to work in a team environment and handle high volume of requests in a fast paced environment. Must have strong organization skills, follow up and ability to follow a daily cadence for work processes. Preferred: dispatching experience
