Instrumentation and Controls Designer Apply
<p>Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Designer<br /> <br /> Location: Toledo, Ohio 43604<br /> <br /> The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.<br /> <br /> <br /> Lead efforts for development of Electrical and I&C design packages.<br /> Assist in P&ID development.<br /> Develop MCC One Lines and Electrical Schematics<br /> Develop and maintain instrument index<br /> Create/Develop Instrumentation Specifications<br /> Develop loop diagrams and other instrument wiring drawings<br /> Develop and apply instrument installation details<br /> Develop control panel designs<br /> Interface with client and SSOE team to coordinate design activities<br /> Checking and technical assurance of drawings and specifications<br /> Develop/Coordinate the Development of PLC and HMI Software<br /> <br /> <br /> Qualifications:<br /> <br /> <br /> 8+ years of relevant experience. Preferrable in chemcial/refinery design <br /> Associates degree in Electrical Engineering preferred <br /> MicroStation / AutoCAD Experience<br /> PLC / HMI Programming. DCS Programming a Plus<br /> Proficient in Microsoft Applications.<br /> Strong communication skills.<br /> <br /> <br /> Additional Comments:<br /> <br /> Chemical or refinery design experience preferred. Must be willing to travel. While we need a person that definately has some applicable experience and leadership traits we would also like to find a person that has some room to grow into this role and others over many years. A self starter, willing to try different things, step up for challenges with a can do attitude.</p>
