The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will work with the Manpower line of Business to implement Integrated Marketing strategies that attract, engage and retain clients, candidates, associates/consultants and stakeholders. This is done through the execution of the Strategic Marketing Plans, campaigns and just-in-time activities and opportunities that advance business objectives. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager is considered an expert in positioning service line capabilities, thought leadership and products among key audiences, both internal and external, to ultimately increase awareness, engagement and revenue.
• Establish positioning as a collaborative marketing partner with brand leaders: through demonstrated knowledge, proactive outreach and results.
• Co-lead the implementation of annual marketing plans. In collaboration with the brand, cross-functional teams, the Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will own the implementation of select B2B/B2C marketing plan campaigns, ensuring alignment of messages and optimizing outcomes. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will be directly involved in the execution of the plan from providing inputs to the strategy, developing creative briefs and setting KPIs. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will work with the broader Marketing & Sales Enablement teams (e.g., creative, digital, email, social, events, etc.) to translate program requirements into an execution plan.
• Ensure that communication materials are updated and available across the spectrum of MPG assets such as websites, landing pages and internal systems. In collaboration with the sales enablement team, ensure sales teams have the proper marketing materials and collateral to articulate our value proposition and are aware of and use materials.
• Manage legal compliance & budget (for vendors and/or agency partners) when necessary.
• Foster a culture of accountability in which all team members are respected. Provide and receive focused feedback and recognition to improve individual and team contributions to achieve business results.

• Technical Sales Skills – Able to successfully advocate, encourage, promote, or otherwise cause the acceptance of products and services; identify and satisfy customer needs; understand and overcome objections.
• Collaborative - To work across lines of business. Internal/ External collaboration. To drive and to participate.
• Creativity - To think out of the box and bring innovation in Marketing strategy and operations


Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing/business or related field required.

Required Years of Experience:

• 5-7 years of marketing/advertising/product marketing experience required.
• Creative agency, Marketing Communications or Integrated Marketing experience required.

Desired Skills:

• Strategic thinker with proven success in planning, implementing, managing, and measuring marketing communication programs.
