Position Description:

The Internet Sales Manager will lead an inside sales and customer support team to drive the achievement of sales goals. A successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, comfort with data, team management experience, a strong ownership mindset, and a proven track record of achieving successful sales results. The position offers a base salary plus generous incentive opportunity based on achievement of sales targets.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with strategic accounts director to set and execute winning strategies to achieve annual sales targets
• Lead merchandising efforts to list new and existing products on major e-commerce sites such as Amazon, Wayfair, etc.
• Leverage interpersonal and sales skills to enhance WAC relationships with internet retailers
• Manage e-commerce order flows and a team of order entry personnel through diverse channels, including EDI, e-mails, and portals
• Lead a customer service team for internet retailers as well as end-users
• Leverage data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve internal processes to deliver faster shipping times for internet orders


Requirements:

• College degree in Marketing or general business with 5+ years of professional experience, including leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Highly motivated individual who can inspire buy-in from diverse individuals. Must have the ability to lead up and down the organization
• Superior customer service skills, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues; ability to analyze customer processes and provide creative solutions for implementation.
• Advanced excel skills required.
