Cor-Tech is hiring a Direct Hire Inventory Manager for our client in Shelburne, VT.

What to know about the Inventory Manager Position:
Hours: Monday - Friday, day hours
Salary: 48,000 - $60,000 based on experience.

Inventory Management

Our inventory team is split between the inventory needed for in house builds and we have a second team that manages the online retail sales. The inventory management position would need to bridge these two sub departments to ensure that parts are being properly allocated to in house builds and retail sales.

Inventory Manager Job Responsibilities
● Managing our inventory system (CoreStore) and its reporting systems.
● Managing parts room staff; shipping and receiving as well as the retail store staff.
● Communicating with our CNC team to prioritize parts in their production schedule.
● Communication with outside vendors on lead times and parts orders.
● Overseeing the cycle counting and verifying that counts and processes are correct.
● Implementing new policies for proper daily inventory management by staff.
● Forecasting inventory needs as they relate to our sales volume.
● Communicating with all department managers on delays or backorders as necessary.


This person will be working closely with our own CNC department to develop a working production schedule. The majority of our parts go into our in house production and not to retail sales, in house production is the priority.
