Title: Sr Java Developer role


Contract

 

We are looking for a lead consultant for our full stack engineering team supporting the CDT Marketplaces team. This team is responsible for building integrations with a variety of marketplaces across multiple regions. These would require interactions with teams and developing integrations with Order Management System, PIM system, inventory management, finance and tax management systems.

 

As part of this role, you will be working with a variety of teams in the US San Francisco office including other engineering leads, architects, product managers and data science teams. Successful candidates will have shown the ability to ship quality product in a fast-paced agile environment.

 

Minimum qualification –

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Computer science or similar with 7+ years of experience or Masters in Computer science and similar with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience with Web Development, REST and Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Hands-on coding experience in Java and Python.
  • Experience with architecting and building serverless and container-based components.
  • Strong experience with building SOAP and RESTful services.
  • Expertise at defining architecture for microservices based applications.
  • Strong experience with Relational and NoSQL database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB and Redis.
  • Understanding of real-time and batch data processing systems.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud technologies - especially deployment and maintenance of services and components.
  • Working knowledge of Order Management System and integrations with backend ERP systems.
  • Hands on technical leadership experience.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and work on the same to meet business requirements.
  • Understanding of best design practices to meet security and compliance standards for threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for the meeting the standards of data privacy by design.
  • Cloud Architect certification for AWS, GCP or Azure.
