Job Title: Jet Admin System Administrator

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

 

Shift is: Monday - Friday 6pm to 2am EST

One on-call weekend per month

 

Description -

  • Printer Firmware Management
  • Device reconfiguration
  • Printer software administration and management

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features and specifications.
  • Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
  • Evaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Articulate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end users/clients SLA demands are met.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required
  • 1-3 years experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
  • Relevant industry qualification where applicable.
  • Intermediate Networking knowledge.
  • Additional knowledge in WebJetAdmin, and printer troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Software and database creation/management is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage, and peripheral devices.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • The must be very well acquainted with Outlook and email organization.
  • They need to be able to work in Excel. Create documents, familiar with VLOOKUP and formatting the document.
  • They must a good communicator, write good sentences, etc. We work with our client in email and good communication and follow up is key for a good experience.
  • They will be working at home, so we prefer a person that has good experience going to the office to learn a good work ethic.
  • They must have a good secure internet connection. No unsecured WIFI at any time.
  • They need a cell phone they can use in the event it is needed.
