JOB DESCRIPTION :

**PAY RATE $22 - 23Hr. **
Schedule: 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM, some overtime or weekends as needed, usually month end and or scheduled cycle counts.


Title: Supply Planning Coordinator

The objective of this position is to manage the Work Order flow for the plant by processing and ensuring work orders are closed timely and accurately. Assist in meeting daily tasks related to warehousing and production transactions. Investigate and correct high and low variances. Generates reports to assist in workflow process.

Administrative responsibilities related to supply planning coordination and supply chain connectivity. Duties include:
• Computer Functions - Excel, Word, Catalyst, DSI program, Outlook
• Manages daily production schedule including reporting product availability to shipping and Corporate
• Work Order Completion: raw material issuing and consumption analysis
• Assist in coordination of Production schedule
• Interact and collaborate with Plant management and production staff

Assist in Plant floor functions as needed in administrative role - inventories, report completions, documentation.

Experience-Education (Required): High School Diploma or completed GED and 1-year administrative experience with at least 6 months in a manufacturing environment.

Competencies-Skills (Required): Demonstrated computer experience, effective communication, detail-oriented, demonstrated problem solving skills, and timely task completion. Critical thinking and analytical skills a must. Computer Functions - Excel, Word, Catalyst, DSI program, Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Experience-Education (Preferred): Some college course work completed.

Competencies-Skills (Preferred): Purchasing, Inventories.
