JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Must have at least 2 years’ experience with Set-up and running of a lathe operation machines
 Carry knowledge to comprehend blueprints and work order verbal or printed.
 Detail with modifying programs speeds and feed and entering code as needed to manufacture parts precisely with prints.
 Ensure all production are completed on a timely flow of schedule step by step production/procedures.
 Accurately use measurements tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gage, bore gage, threat gage, and attribute style gages knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
 Management to troubleshoot, adjust, and overcome operational challenges to provide excellent quality of production.
 Follow all safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
 Ability to calculate and set controls: speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input, edit computerized machine control media or the use of conventional machining techniques with ability correct offsets
