End-to-End Delivery Process Solutions (E2E Solutions) team provides flexible services for cell line development, process development, analytical development and GMP clinical supply. E2E Solutions is a unique venture that allows Client leverage our bioprocessing product manufacturing capabilities and address the growing development and manufacturing needs for both traditional and novel modalities.Your Role:Working as a Scientist/Engineer for our End-to-End (E2E) Solutions you will work closely with other members of upstream, downstream, and analytical teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects. The successful candidate will support upstream process development, manufacture of toxicology batches, and upstream innovation through• Execution of bioreactor operations including setup and inoculation through run completion and clarification (Ambr250, 3L and 200L single-use bioreactors)• Adherence and timely completion of site/study documentationBasic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences/engineering and = 6 years related experience OR• Master’s degree in life sciences/engineering and = 3 years related experience• Direct experience with mammalian cell culture (CHO)• Direct experience with single-use bioreactor operationsPreferred Qualifications:• Contract development manufacturing (CDMO) experience
