JOB DESCRIPTION :
Air Filter Product Line Specialist (PLS)
• Product experience in supporting selling and manufacturing of air filters, specifically HVAC
• Understands key quality metrics of air filters and the governing bodies of them
• Understands requirements of packing, labeling, etc.

Sales Channel Manager
• Understands the existing sales channels in which air filters and similar industrial products are sold in both B2B and B2C markets
• Has worked for a distributor that has bought and sold air filters and/or has sold air filters in both B2B and B2C markets
• Experience of what commercial deals w/ distributors are in place (“the norm”) w/ setting pricing for distributors and how to influence/understand what pricing distributors set to end users

Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing with at least 6-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
