</li> <li>Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.
</li> <li>Collaboratively engage with relevant stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to shift from finding defects to proactively preventing defects.
</li> <li>Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.
</li> <li>Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exist.
</li> <li>Serve as a partner and provide ongoing support to the enterprise and/or business, aligning to Testing Methodology and QE best-practices.
</li> <li>Analyze the end-to-end solution (business, solution requirements, architecture, blueprints, etc.
) requirements to recommend pragmatic and sound test specific solutions for own area; may analyze, develop, debug, and maintain test suites (automated/ manual), traceability matrix; and log defects/assist in defect resolution, as required.
</li> <li>Implement effective test strategies and providing guidance to delivery teams in using tools / setting up environments that support on-going quality and traceability.
</li> <li>Support the team in test activities across the testing lifecycle, with a focus on value driven outcomes, and assist in defining test data and test environment requirement.
</li> <li>Keep others informed and up to date about the status, progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.
</li> <li>Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities; provide training, coaching and/or guidance as appropriate.
</li> <li>Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.
</li> <li>Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the team and leadership to proactively identify and resolve issues related to product quality</li> </ul> <p> <b>Required:</b></p> <ul> <li><b>7+ years</b> of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, including leading experience.
</li> <li>BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline; or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>Good at communication and able to have a meaningful conversation with the stakeholders both technology and business</li> <li>Experienced professional role with in-depth knowledge / expertise in testing planning, design, automation, and execution</li> <li>Advanced debugging skills able to solve complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables</li> <li>Strong knowledge of new / advanced techniques and approaches in testing and automation (e.
g.
BDD, Rapid Software Testing)</li> <li>Ability to drive work efforts related to complex applications / systems / projects within one product line / business</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously and manage complex application / solution issues as needed, escalating to leadership or other stakeholders when necessary.
</li> <li>Collaborative team player and ability to play a leadership role in the team.
</li> <li>Future focused - foresees issues and gaps and identifies industry trends.
</li> </ul> <p><b>Required Domain Knowledge:</b></p> <ul> <li>Banking and Financial domain knowledge is mandatory.
</li> <li>Must have domain knowledge - Wire Payments-Fed Processing, SWIFT</li> <li>Thorough understanding of wires end-to-end testing, FRAUD/OFAC , SOD/EOD processing , Sanctions, Accounting, Reporting, Reconciliation and Settlement.
</li> <li>Hands-on testing/Operations experience in Wire Payments processing including Wire Payments - Fed, SWIFT, etc.
