Principal Duties and Responsibilities Quantifies number of hours to complete job completion. Determines installation schemes to establish project scheduling, crew sizes and duration of project. Evaluates all contract documents including all bid drawings, specifications, general conditions and if necessary, the project site. Determines scope of work for our trade and determines vague areas to qualify bids. Posts bid negotiations with client and Lee Mechanical staff to determine final scopes of work and assigns values to items that may be revised or deleted. Posts bid "value engineering" to help negotiate final contract with Lee Mechanical staff and client. Assists Project Management staff with pricing issues on major project revisions. Other duties as assigned. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Construction Estimating: 5 years (Preferred)
