Here, you will help lead our industry forward and make your career.</p> <h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3> <p>As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.</p> <p><strong>THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE</strong><br /> The Lead Software Engineering role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Independently determine the needs of the customer while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.</li> <li>Applying advanced skill, knowledge and experience, design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.</li> <li>Use a process-driven approach to leading design solutions.</li> <li>Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.</li> <li>May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <p><strong>THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM </strong>Minimum Required Experiences</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience building and supporting large and complex projects using programming languages like Java or ETL Tool like Informatica/Abintio</li> <li>3+ Years of experience leading squads or teams with delivering complex applications on prem and/or Cloud</li> <li>3+ Years of experience mentoring and training junior resources</li> </ul> <p>Desired Experiences</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree or equivalent</li> <li>2+ years of experience with technologies such as Spark , Python, AWS services like EMR, Lamba, S3, RedShift, Glue, Postgres</li> <li>2+ years of experience with DevOps tools, CICD</li> <li>2+ years of experience with architecting and designing SAAS applications like Workday</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere</li> <li>Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.</li> <li>Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives</li> <li>Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal</li> <li>Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems</li> <li>Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.</li> <li>Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages</li> <li>Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.</li> <li>Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tools</strong></p> <ul> <li>Skilled in Java</li> <li>Skilled in SQL</li> <li>Experience using APIs for developing or programming software</li> <li>Skilled in AWS Developer tools such as CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeStar, or CodePipeline</li> <li>Experience using JIRA</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Additional information</strong></h3> <p><strong>Job ID: </strong>REF9663WThe future is what you make it to be.</p> <p>Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer, which means we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
