Who: Candidates required to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling; LSW, LPC required
What: Provide behavioral health services, including the assessment of a client’s therapeutic needs/strengths and establishing a therapeutic relationship while utilizing interventions that will enhance their overall functioning. Serve as clinical lead for cases by designing, writing, and coordinating individual treatment plans for each client. Collaborates with team, monitors compliance and revises plans as needed to ensure the best possible care.
