Utilizes the nursing process to assist in obtaining health information and evaluating the needs of future patients. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Enters & reviews with patient, the electronic health record orders per physician protocol. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments and offices. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
