Line Associate - 2nd Shift Apply
Job Description Cressona production facility is seeking warehouse associates on 2nd shift. Employees will be responsible for properly producing, packaging and palletizing product according to company specifications.
- 2nd Shift - $14.50/hour. Monday to Friday. 3:00pm to 11:00pm. (1:00am with OT)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up Poly/Hand Hang lines to manufacture products.
- Remove product from a moving rotating table and pack in cases/cartons according to product or customer specification.
- Form and tape seal cases/cartons, palletize completed cases/cartons onto the correct pallets.
- Recognize defective materials/ products through Quality inspections.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Ability to communicate with other employees in a manner promoting "team work" and a safe working environment.
- Maintains quality standards.
Qualifications
- Mathematical skills required ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimals.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent attendance record is a must.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- All employees are responsible for reporting food safety issues to those who can initiate corrective actions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
