The Global Liquidity Management ("GLM") team is part of the Corporate Treasury organization. The primary focus is to understand, measure, analyze, monitor, and influence liquidity utilization across the corporation, in order to ensure that the clinet and its subsidiaries can meet all contractual and contingent financial obligations through typical market cycles as well as periods of stress. Our business partners include Global Funding, Enterprise Capital Management, Finance, Risk, and Lines of Business. The group works with business units to ascribe limits, guidelines and direction to the business in line with corporate objectives and in accordance with risk appetite statements.   The employee will be a member of the Liquidity Transaction Review Program Team within the Global Liquidity Management Governance team. The Liquidity Transaction Review Program is designed to test the accuracy and fit for use of data impacting liquidity reporting. This testing program serves as a detective control in order to identify and reduce reporting errors caused by data received from upstream systems and from data transformations throughout the data supply chain. The Liquidity Transaction Review Program Team is responsible for test planning, design and observation management. Test development and execution is performed by the Enterprise Independent Testing ("EIT") team. Manage transaction testing prioritization, scoping, design and observation management, overseeing the work of 2-3 test analysts Perform product and data element risk assessments, develop sampling criteria, review and revise test scripts, perform root cause analysis for test observations, prepare test observation evidence packages and report on test results Partner with EIT for test script development, document sourcing, and test execution.   Required Skills: Strong data analytics and problem solving mindset to support evaluation of test results to determine true data defect observations and communicate effectively with upstream data providers Astute attention to detail to interpret data lineage, manage large volume of test observations, and prepare and evaluate evidence packages Excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines Excellent analytical and presentation skills Excellent communication (written and oral), influencing and facilitation skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Self-motivated, self-directed Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with leading / managing a team 10+ Years of financial and/or data analytics experience with a financial institution Bachelors degree or equivalent experience   Desired Skills: Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity Management, Accounting, Data Management or similar background/experience SQL, Database knowledge & ability to analyze data and related flows Knowledge of Banking and Capital market products Experience with Workiva
