ServiceNow Developer Pittsburgh PA onsite role Full time   [ServiceNow, Web Service Integrations, Service Portal, Agile, SDLC Methodologies] The resource needs the hands-on experience to assist and be ready to jump in and help manage the demand, and work on backlog Looking for 4-6 years of experience Understands Agile and SDLC methodology as the team transitions fully into these Ideally, they have experience with DevOps tools, and has business analyst experience They can formulate and design scope to deliver a solution Not only build a requirement but can provide leadership and expertise to suggested ways on configuration around the tool Discovery, configuration management, and server administration is another skillset that would be super helpful   Previously used different ITIL modules within ServiceNow that is extremely beneficial A lot of new centers that do not have the training on processes     Job description: Experience with building custom applications on ServiceNow Experience working on Web Services integrations such as REST, JSON & SOAP and working in a SAAS Environment. Working & implementation experience with Service Portal. Functional knowledge of Project Management, Agile and SDLC Methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and self-motivated. Strong skills/experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Request, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Project & Demand Management. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Hands on experience on basic configurations such as Access controls, notifications, workflows, business rules, client scripts and script includes.   Responsibilities: Recommend strategic initiatives consistent with the platform vision to move the platform forward Design ServiceNow integrations and work with ServiceNow, business partners and technical teams, including offshore for smooth implementation. Influence and consult on pros, cons and risks to business partners on technical decisions during enhancement and project delivery. Serve as administrator and platform support resource. Work with Internal Controls, audit support teams, testing and Validation teams when demands, meet SOX/GxP regulation/validation and change management requirement. Support ServiceNow implementation projects for entire system lifecycle. Research and apply available ServiceNow hotfixes, patches and upgrades while ensuring configurations and customizations function as expected. Work with business partners to plan timelines, testing and communication of these tasks. Provide end user technical and functional support for the ServiceNow platform by working with team of internal and external developers ensuring appropriate standards are followed. Support, advise, and coordinate with the workload of the offshore technical team on implementation projects, enhancements, production support and maintenance activities.
