Local to Frisco - Hybrid position in office every other week. ~Ability to work various shifts including evening, weekends and holidays~
Dispatch Experience is a MUST!

Job Description: Our dispatch team schedules technicians daily to service ATM machines across Canada. They are responsible for schedule tech meets with technician and 3rd party companies at times. They must be highly organized with good multi-tasking skills. They must be able to follow up to ensure service is completed in a timely manner and close out service tickets as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Logistically and reasonably planning out each techs’ day.
• Ensure each and every tech within your region has their day planned out accordingly for the following day.
• Making sure that techs are never double booked for jobs.
• Daily check ins on the service queue to ensure tickets are being assigned to the techs (every hour or so throughout the shift) and pre-planned for the next day.
• Check open & outstanding tickets assigned to your technicians and follow up as needed (Technicians’ Ticketing Queue).
• Scheduling and confirming tech meets as needed.
• Quoting sites for both in-house visits and third party visits.
• Ensuring tech meets have been completed once they are scheduled & re-schedule as needed (if part is required or multiple visits are needed.)
• Book Penske trucks/Flights/Hotels as needed for deployment jobs.
• Work shared email box including responding to requests for service and opening tickets as needed from requests (Contracts, Sales, Clients, PMs, ETC.) as well as providing updates via email as needed.
• Ability to identify departments and terminals to accurately forward emails to the appropriate department based on the issue if the terminal does not belong to us.
• Provide efficient productivity and superior quality service while working in a fast paced environment.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors' degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year prior Dispatch experience required
• 1 year prior customer service/call center work experience required; preferably in a technical environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows XP operating systems. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50wpm.
• Demonstrate independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evening, weekends, and holidays.
