Role: MS Dynamics CE/CRM Developer

Location: Concord NC(Onsite)

Duration: 3 Months

Job Description

Design and develop systems to support both business and technical integration needs.

Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365 CE.

Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions across technologies.

Participate and help drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations (including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and related solutions and underlying customization) through all project phases including discovery, definition, design, build, test, deploy and train.

High proficiency in configuration: Proven skills with no-code configuration of D365 and related solutions to meet client requirements.

High proficiency in development: Proven skills developing low-code and code-intensive customization of D365 and related solutions.
This includes Logic Apps, Azure, .
Net, Power Shell, JavaScript, HTML and other development tools solutions.

Define, maintain, and evolve solution specific architectural standards and guidelines, in line with overall standards and guidelines.

Serve as technical subject matter expert with customers and project team members throughout all project phases, effectively contributing to the development of solutions that meets clients' needs and requirements.

Estimate development work as outlined by sales and operations.

Create robust, performance-optimized, efficient, scalable, reusable, and value-creating architectures as well as functional and non-functional designs to fulfill solution requirements.
Includes all types of solution components, such as configuration, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations.

Ensure that patterns, functional designs, and non-functional designs are appropriately documented.

Participate in the identification of client's business requirements for internal communications, document management, process automation and business intelligence through discovery client meetings.

Create and define specifications for an implementation of customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement configuration, development and project delivery

3 years of experience in full software development life cycle in an enterprise environment.

MS Dynamics CE Certifications a plus

Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, MVC.

Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.

Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI

Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .
NET application's API.

Excellent knowledge of SOA based architecture REST/SOAP.

Proficiency in JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, Model Binding, and Asynchronous programming.

Ability to create portals and mobile applications and enablement of web pages for mobile devices.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Ability to design, configure and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions based on out-of-the-box features, no-code approaches, low-code approaches, and code-intensive approaches
