The TAS is the technical liaison between the software applications and the appellate courts and will be required to become a competent functional user of the iMIS software application. On-Site Position The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is an agency within the judicial branch of government that works to support the state courts on behalf of the Arkansas Supreme Court. The Court Information Systems Division (CIS) is responsible for providing technological support to the state's courts, making court information available to the public, and developing and implementing online, court-related services. Our mission is providing technology to ensure justice. Our vision is innovative technology supporting access to justice anytime, anywhere, on any device. Responsibilities Answers technical and how-to questions. Understands the business and product needs and how to create the right solutions to the identified problems. Identifying and troubleshooting systems issues. Installs software upgrades. Tracks and manages work records. Ensures the server software is compatible with system enhancements and updates. Manage and monitoring systems health and status. Skills/Experience Required Experience in maintaining and supporting an ASP.NET web application. Proficient in Transact-SQL data manipulation and database construction and usage. Knowledge of web services, enterprise software, and server systems. Manage and monitoring systems health and status. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Agile process standards.
