JOB DESCRIPTION :

Description of Position: The Night House Supervisor is the first level of authority assigned to the hospital in the absence of the OR/PACU, ED and IP nurse managers. The house supervisor assumes responsibility for supervision and administrative decision making in collaboration with clinical managers and the Hospital DON. Education: Graduate of an accredited RN Degree Nursing Program.Experience:Must have minimal of 3 years' experience as an RN in a hospital setting; recent ICU or Step Down and Medical Surgical experience is required. Experience in patient flow, resource nurse and nurse leadership is preferred. License:Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Montana. CPR required. ACLS and PALS required or must obtain upon 6 months of employment.

Shift: Full Time Nights
