BARGER GARD TECHNICIAN I - MORNING SHIFT

Earn up to $21/hour on day shift with profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and a generous benefit package we aim to attract talent!

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • $15 to $21/hour based on experience with Paid Overtime

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here's the technical stuff but it's worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list.

  • Set-up, operate & troubleshoot equipment to produce BargerGuard parts to specification & ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency of set-up to include set-up time, materials, production rate & material consumption.
  • Machine readiness inspect machinery, equipment & tooling prior to set-up.
  • Identify issues, which adversely affect product requirements & communicate with appropriate department for resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance & cleaning veteran applicants think PMCS.
  • Identify nonconforming materials/products, work with shift leader for resolution.
  • Participate in all safety programs & procedures.

WHERE & WHEN YOU'LL DO IT

  • Elkhart, Indiana
  • Monday thru Friday
  • Mornings 6 am to 2 pm
  • Saturdays Paid Overtime
