JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cor-tech is hiring Production Workers and Machine Operators to jo our clients team in Essex, VT.

These are Direct Hire Positions with opportunities to grow and learn new roles.

PRODUCTION WORKERS SHIFTS/PAY:
• 2nd: PAY $21- $23, based on experience - MONDAY - FRIDAY - 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm
• 3rd: PAY $22 - $24, based on experience - SUNDAY - THURSDAY -10:45 pm - 7:15 am

$2500 Sign on Bonus for 2nd shift
$3000 sign on bonus for 3rd shift.

PRODUCTION WORKER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Complete tasks at an assigned station
o Assist Machine Operators with loading/unloading production equipment
o Assist with monitoring quality of products and take corrective actions as instructed.
o Good communication and attendance.
o Help to prepare machine(s) for production startup and shut down
o Track production supplies at assigned station and ensure proper levels maintained
o Track production output and quality level periodically throughout and at end of shift.
o Housekeeping of work area.

PRODUCTION WORKER EDUCATION, SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

o HS Diploma or equivalent required.
o Some mechanical aptitude. Good manual dexterity a plus
o Previous exposure within a manufacturing setting desired, but will train otherwise qualified candidates.
o Understand written and spoken safety, quality, and machine process instructions
o Computer Skills: Ability to comfortably operate in a Windows environment needed.
o Willingness to learn additional skills such as Excel, a plus.
o 7 year national criminal & Federal Background, sex offender and MRP Clearance
(Moderate Risk Public Trust background check)
o 10 panel DT
