<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Our client Mobility & Materials is recruiting for a Maintenance/Operations Leader to Lead improvement programs and initiatives for a production, maintenance and/or other manufacturing service area. Client Mobility & Materials is an industry leader providing high-performance solutions to engineers and designers in the transportation, electronics and medical markets to enable material systems solutions. The business offers a broad high-performance material solutions portfolio for automotive light-weighting, increased fuel efficiency, auto electrification, mobility, healthcare, electronics and industrials.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">The Maintenance/Operations Leader provides leadership and direction for the area and ensures continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality, and/or effectively interfaces with service provider to manage maintenance work and shutdowns. S/he interfaces with business leadership and supply chain for coordination of schedules and understanding of customer needs. S/he is accountable for establishing and meeting fixed and variable cost objectives. The leader sets expectations for adherence to policies and procedures and safety standards. Manages quality, cost, resources and schedules.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">As a Maintenance/Operations Leader, you will:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Your key responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Lead the development and implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Plan.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Manage production throughout, reliability of supply, maintenance work processes and utilization of the capacity and product mix</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Establish and track key performance indicators (KPI's) for both Client's and service provider teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Manage the Gatekeeper and MRO Leader their process/systems</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Provide turnaround (TAR) coordination for transitions and for large TARs with service provider.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Provide high level oversight of the MRO Optimization process</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Assists with maintenance and operations in the implementations of the maintenance work management process (WMP) to the documented service guidelines.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Audit the maintenance work management processes for effectiveness for materials, services, and maintenance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Perform a monthly analysis of work performed by maintenance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Understands the service provider GMISS/BPCS/SIS standards to ensure they align with the requirements of PSM for PSM Critical equipment as specified by Client.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Acts as an SAP-PM approver of additions and changes to equipment, maintenance plans, task lists, and materials.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Drive improvement programs and initiatives for production, maintenance and technology.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Ensure continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Interface with business leadership and supply chain for coordination of schedules</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Accountable for establishing and meeting fixed and variable cost objectives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Set expectations for adherence to policies and procedures and safety standards.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Manages quality, cost, resources and schedules.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Leader of PSM Mechanical Integrity/Quality Assurance program as defined by site manuals and practices.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required– Preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">8 or more years of industry related experience in a plant/manufacturing environment is required</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">SAP or other ERP system experience is required</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a changing environment to meet challenging business needs.</span></li> </ul>
