Pay Rate - $25/hr
Shift: 11pm-7:30am
Job Description
Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment completing work with limited guidance. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
Performing work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments
Providing feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system
Repairing and maintaining equipment
Performing and documents preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance activities
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience or Journeyman level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have experience with technical drawings, documentation and troubleshooting methods
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in support of electromechanical systems or equivalent formal training
Machining background, with CNC turning and grinding, including CNC programming and knowledge of tooling
Must be experienced with common industrial devices to include but not limited to the following: Photo-electric devices, Inductive devices, Analog devices, Control devices (PLC, PC) Motors, pumps, and associated controls
Have experience when it comes to proper technical reporting
Required Skills
Knowledge of complex Hydraulic Systems, Penumatics, Servo Valves, Hydrostatics, and Thermodynamics
Knowledge on CNC repair, replacement, and troubleshooting
