Manager, Consumer Marketing Apply
<p><strong>Onsite from Day 1</strong></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Director Consumer Marketing to develop and manage the annual Marketing Calendar to drive consumer engagement, series awareness and promotional efforts in support of OWN as a brand, it's programming and network initiatives.</li> <li>Develop and distribute Marketing timelines for Scripted, Unscripted, Special and Spotlight series</li> <li>Coordinate cross-departmental launch campaigns and ensure alignment with strategy, timing, messaging, etc.</li> <li>Partner with PM team on timely delivery of assets and launch materials needed for promo campaigns</li> <li>Work closely with Director Consumer Marketing to develop successful marketing campaigns, owning their implementation from ideation to execution, leveraging owned, earned and paid media</li> <li>Develop, distribute, communicate and maintain creative briefs</li> <li>Assist in the creation of marketing decks</li> <li>Work closely with project management team, network operations team, and media logistics teams to operationalize and execute marketing support for all brand initiatives and campaigns</li> <li>Partner with research team to gather audience insights and series performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for marketing support</li> <li>Work closely with Client's Media Services team to manage on-air marketing promo schedules and corporate barters</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to develop series launch plans and audience growth opportunities with associated marketing support</li> <li>Facilitate approvals as needed from partnering departments affected by material usage and tactical launch such as legal, PR and production</li> <li>Manage day-to-day agency relationship and partnerships to deploy marketing activations and media buys</li> <li>Develop and distribute media briefs to agency partners</li> <li>Review, approve and launch paid media campaigns and gather performance reporting</li> <li>Provide optimization recommendations as needed</li> <li>Compile competitive reporting as needed</li> <li>Administrative tasks and duties</li> <li>Open and manage POs</li> <li>Work with PM team to manage campaign budgets and reconcile invoice discrepancies</li> <li>Oversee trafficking process across agency and PM: Review creative matrix and platform inputs for each media campaign</li> <li>Request marketing materials needed for campaign promotion</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years agency or client side experience</li> <li>Experience with a variety of organic and paid channels across digital and non-digital platforms e.g. Social Media, Radio, OOH, Print, Linear TV, Connected TV, SEM</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior level management, internally and externally</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Highly organized and proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Entertainment media planning experience a plus</li> </ul>
