Be on their team.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>JOB SPECIFICATIONS</strong> <ul> <li><strong>Education and Experience</strong> <ul> <li>The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Must have Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana. Must have CNOR certification. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of job-related experience. Management/supervisory experience in perioperative area is required. Preparation/experience in education/teaching desired.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong> <ul> <li>Excellent knowledge base/clinical skills in specialty area.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Working Conditions</strong> <ul> <li>Due to large scope of responsibility, there will be frequent interruptions and multiple demands.</li> <li>At risk for occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Physical Demands</strong> <ul> <li>Requires the physical ability and stamina to perform the essential functions of the position.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul></div>
