Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Manager with a focus on compliance, audit, and payroll to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources, managing payroll processes, and overseeing internal and external audits. The Manager - HR Operations will work closely with other departments, including finance, legal, and IT, to ensure that HR operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources, including labor laws, tax laws, and data privacy laws.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
- Oversee and manage payroll processes, including processing employee pay, managing payroll taxes, and preparing payroll reports.
- Manage internal and external audits related to HR operations, including preparing audit reports and ensuring that corrective actions are taken where necessary.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, legal, and IT, to ensure that HR operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, including payroll budgets, and ensure that spending is within budgetary limits.
- Manage and mentor HR Operations team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, with a focus on compliance, audit, and payroll.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax laws, and data privacy laws.
- Experience managing payroll processes and working with payroll software.
- Experience with internal and external audits related to HR operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
