Role: Techno Functional Consultant – Oracle E-Business Suite

Pleasant Prairie, WI

Collaborate with the business and understand their user needs of the Oracle E-Business Suite application and translating requirements into groupings that are packaged into User Stories to be executed in a Sprint with the end goal of Enterprise Data Warehouse

Collaborate with the Architectural, Data Strategy, and the Data Warehouse ETL Development leadership team with the goal of meeting data modeling design requirements, scope analysis requirements, and source-to-target data mapping requirements.

Analyze the data sources using strong Oracle SQL skills that the Oracle E-Business Suite application is using to understand the data sources, cardinality, and the quality issues that are required.

Provide guidance and leadership on driving solution ownership of business demand and effectively prioritizing them to be executed or backlogged as needed.

Stay up to date with the Oracle E-Business Suite application versions and updates.

Provide hands-on training for Oracle E-Business Suite application users.

Required Skills:

Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Admin, or Data Analytics related field.

5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite application: 70% functional and 30% technical in Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and/or Analytics development.

5+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite version 12.

5+ years of experience in data analysis using PL/SQL coding up to Oracle SQL Developer version 21.

5+ years of experience performing data source analysis, source to target data mapping as input into forming ETL requirements and Data Model designs.

3+ years of Agile development in gathering business requirements, product design and writing user stories.

Ability to hunt for data source(s), willingness to learn nuances, and effectively communicating with team members and/or business for questions.

Self-motivated, capable of resolving problems/blockers and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent presenter, influencer, and facilitator.
