JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for assisting the Press Operator in running the production line, including packing finished product, operating finishing equipment, preparing tooling for production, and learning basic press op.

Cooperation with all Production team members, Scheduling and Shipping are required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES TIME SPENT %
• Pack finished goods off of the production line. 0-90%
• Prepare tooling for production, including die inventory management and basic tooling set up. 0-90%
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain an orderly environment 5 – 10%
• Other duties as assigned 10%

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• High school diploma or GED Required

Experience:
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude via educational or job experience

Skills:
• Basic computer navigation and data entry skills required
• Basic to intermediate mechanical skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Willingness and ability to perform in a fast paced team environment with a variable priorities.

• 2nd shift - 2:45 pm and end at 11:15 pm.
• Mandatory Saturdays
