Manufacturing Worker 2nd Shift
Qualifications:
Site uses Kronos for timekeeping - please submit using a Kronos Manual Pay Policy. Must be able to properly complete all job assignments including preventive maintenance assignments. Plant General will be available for various scheduling including overtime on daily basis and some weekends. Positions are available on the day shift and night shift crews. Work in the Plant General position is performed primarily inside the plant, but may have seasonal temperature fluctuations resulting in work areas having warmer and cooler temperatures. Consistent, proper use of personal protective equipment is required. Must have the ability to climb stairs, stand for periods of 2-3 hours in length and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. This is a light manufacturing environment with a strong commitment to staff safety, quality, customer satisfaction and production objectives.
Responsibilities:
Worker is responsible for general labor duties including cleaning, painting, labeling, hauling pallets, etc. Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping, meet and exceed all safety standards and training requirements as outlined. May assist operators with changeovers, set ups and adjustments for production activities and shut-down operations. May relieve into production roles as trained and assigned. Maintain all equipment as required in a non-maintenance capacity including cleaning during down periods.
