Job Description

Engagement Description:
- Member Engagement analytics team seeks analytics consultant to support member-facing engagement campaigns such as email, print, SMS, and social media campaigns.
- The consultant will be responsible for developing and rolling out an approach that evaluates performance within each campaign as well as cross campaign.
- The Analytics Consultant will work closely with Marketing Strategists and Data Leads to design and prepare comprehensive reporting packages along advisory on key outcomes and future recommendations.
- The consultant will be responsible for generating key insights and presenting these recommendations to leadership team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and secure organization alignment on roadmap to monitor the health of the Member Engagement Program in-market initiatives
- Accountable for developing and generating ongoing reporting and data-driven insights on performance with focus on future state engagement strategy
- Stand up, develop, and execution out on governance of in-market initiatives as it relates to metrics and performance
- Synthesize information and make recommendations on optimization
- Proactively advocate to and persuade multiple business partners to incorporate insights from; accountable for performance of ongoing campaigns
- Socialize information with stakeholders and leadership
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Consulting experience with a top tier consulting firm
- Deep understanding of marketing processes and KPIs
- Data manipulation and report generation from raw data, using querying language such as SQL

- Executive and client facing presentation skills and experience

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Education/Certifications Include:
- 5 years of full-time marketing, analytics or consulting experience; 7+ years preferred
- Bachelor's degree in analytics-driven field; business, statistics, marketing, etc. Masters degree preferred
- Strong analytical background
