Job Description

The Marketing Business Support Analyst participates in the day-to-day business support and analyses related to sales, pricing and market share for the medical exam glove organization in support of the Global Marketing Director. Functions include, but are not limited to: the development and generation of insightful models relevant to category/segment/customer sales, forecast, profitability and pricing. Manages and designs analytical models in responses to RFPs/RFQs, product and customer promotions. Supports business case development through complex modeling and market analysis.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Supports the day-to-day medical exam glove and surgical glove businesses; supports other glove business verticals as needed
2. Analyzes and provides key insights on trends including, but not limited to, customer pipeline, wins, losses and monthly/quarterly sales volume. Design and develop reports and dashboards exhibiting sales trends and analysis that aid in decision making and storytelling
3. Provides day-to-day support and analytical expertise in designing and managing complex product portfolio pricing strategies based on our marketing and sales business objectives and cost drivers. Formulates pricing recommendations.
4. Develops and maintains models that analyze margins by product/segment/customer.
5. Analyzes and provides key insights on product and customer pricing; supports the dimensioning and management of pricing strategy.
6. Manages analysis for RFPs/RFQs and new business opportunities.
7. Partners with the pricing and contract team to manage customer data.
8. Analyzes and tracks market share data for the category and key category segments.
9. Analyzes and manages sales tracings data to deliver meaningful insights on customer and segment purchase activity
10. Supports product promotion modeling
11. Supports business case development through complex modeling and market analysis
12. Works with large volumes of data from multiple systems. Strong ability to develop key insights and to communicate findings to senior leaders in a coherent manner. Possesses critical thinking skills combined with a robust sense of curiosity. Comfortable working in an environment in which information may be incomplete or Statement of Work (SOW) does not exist in full detail.
13. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Qualifications & Education Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing; MBA preferred
2. At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Support, Pricing, Commercial Finance, and/or in Sales Support Operations
3. 3+ years of experience with strategic pricing or financial analysis and leading / supporting RFP/RFQ bid functions
4. Ability to independently solve business problems using analytics and data science
5. Track record of integration with or support of marketing driven organizations
6. Highly organized and process-oriented; strong attention to detail and takes pride in outputs
14. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced-level knowledge in Microsoft Excel (modeling/analysis/dashboard creation), Power BI certifications preferred.
7. Ability to respond quickly to requests and independently prioritize tasks under pressure
